Players can purchase multiple tiles of land called "Tracts" via the World > Land > Buy Land screen.

• Land in Knotwood Valley is generally 5000gp and higher.
• Land in Lakeview is generally 2500gp and higher.
• Land in New Hollow is generally 500gp and higher.

Prices may fluctuate, but the land in the first realm is much more expensive because it is prime real estate with many more people likely to need access to it.

Land comes in zones, these zones determine what can be built on it.

• Residential allows Homes.
• Business allows Shops.
• Dungeon allows Dungeons.
• Agriculture allows Farms.
• Other allows Shrines and other buildings.
• ....

Each land tile will have up to 5 foundations on it. You can construct buildings on these foundations by clicking on one and choosing the building you wish to construct.

Buildings will cost gold pieces to build and the price varies based on the size and type of the building.

You may only build on another players tile if you own a Land Permit. These can be purchased from the land owner.
